Learnie? (Spoiler alert for new players)

I already finished the game and brought "mother" back home. Now im trying to farm all the companions, finish up the house renovations and doing all achievements but i think, by mistake, i might have skipped the conversation where it would explain why the BONE HYDRA name changed to LEARNIE?

Can someone explain me why Zagreus now calls it Learnie?

Lernie is short for "Lernaean" - its real name is the Lernaean Hydra.

At some point Zagreus starts calling the bone hydra Lernie as a term of endearment but like many things in Hades, you won't find the explanation in-game and rather in the myths which inspired it.

The bone hydra is inspired from the monster Heracles killed as the second of his twelve labors: The Hydra of Lerna.

... Hence Lernie.

Also, Zagreus does this after you've beaten the Hydra X times. When you next enter the Boss Chamber, Zagreus says something like "Y'know, I think we've gotten to know each other really well. My friends call me Zag, so I think I'll call you ... Lernie. Scream if that's okay Lernie. *Hydra roars* Lernie it is!." cue fighting the boss.

It happens right as you enter the chamber and before you actually get to fight. So, you probably forgot or simply were distracted. Or maybe I'm crazy and that never happened but I thought it did.
