Doors in the lobby

Is there a way to unlock them? i know in EA there wasn't anything there but with 1.0 i would assume you could, how?

For the western door (the smaller one), you can unlock it eventually. You have to purchase a thing from the contractor that explicitly permits you access, and you may also need to trigger certain story events beforehand. Not sure about the door to the north, but I may not be far enough myself.

You already know about the office door.

There are doors in the hub that unlock at a certain point in the story. You'll know when it happens. This isn't something you can work towards specifically, or open early. Just keep following Zagreus's quest.

the archive door can be, as aaronburr42 stated, opened via contractor after getting a story related backflash

the other door is hades private chambers and you have to reach a certain main story point (kicking hades butt several times) to get one time access (not sure if you get permanent access later but the room is rather boring for the most part ;) except one story related important detail)
