Night and Darkness questline (sorry for the questions)

I recently got to the end of Hades, but I still haven't finished the Night and Darkness quest. Does this mean I'm pernamently locked away from both max ranking Nyx and Chaos, and also unable to finish the prophecy?

You need to repair the elder sigil in the admin chamber, which is something you can pick up from the contractor that costs 8888 darkness. If that hasn't come up yet, you need to continue talking to Nyx and Chaos.
