Full hearts with Dusa but no bond forged

The final two dialogues aren't firing. I see Dusa around the house but she doesn't have anything new to say. I've maxed out her companion and trinket but I'm not sure what's supposed to happen next.

Is there something I'm supposed to trigger?

I also have full hearts with Dusa, but she doesn't tell me anything bond related. Is there some other requirement?

There shall eventually be a scene with Nyx where Nyx tells her to leave Zag alone. If you haven't seen that yet, may need to keep playing until that triggers, and after that will need several more dialog before the forge unlocks.

At first she will just kind of run away when you talk to her, but then eventually she will ask to speak to you and the bond will forge.

No, bond triggered for me before Nyx fires Dusa, so I believe that's a different branch.
Just a few encounters after final heart bring a bond for me. I did not done any special. Maybe occasionally touched some other trigger.

Came to me after she said she'd give me back all the stupid amounts of drinks I gave her. This was bit after dialogue with Nyx where Zag wanted her to lay off Dusa. Just talk to them both, basically?

Not sure if the choice on taking the drinks back or not matters, I told her to keep em.
