How is dodge chance calculated?
I have the fist weapon level 1 with 5% dodge chance, i have the plume with 27,5% and i have the hermes boon with 20%, that would add up to 52,5% but i feel like i'm getting hit way more with over 50% as compared to 30%

I am wondering this same thing, are all boons, weapon buffs added up? For example if I have 10% dodge to start and I receive and 10% chance to dodge boon will it add both for 20% or increase my 10% by 10% and become 10.1%? Is there a maximum dodge %, and is there a base dodge number or % for the character or is it 0 to start? If anyone knows please share.

Being able to know how all those percentage increases stack would be really nice.

I haven't seen an official explanation of how dodge works, but most likely option is that it is multiplicative, resulting in diminishing returns.

So with your example... Dodge Chance = 1 – (0.95 * 0.725 * 0.8) = 44.9%

It seems that a few enemy attacks also ignore dodge, like Hades' spear sweep. Other than that, it may just be cognitive bias paying more attention to bad outcomes than good ones (similar to how XCOM had to pad probabilities and still gets accused of manipulating RNG against player).
