Not getting access to administrative chambers + hidden weapon aspects.

Just "finished" the game by beating Hades 10 times , I am 25 hours into the game. unlocked all non-decor items from the contractor gave every character a nectar and unlocked all non-hidden infernal arms aspects. Did some googling and it appears I should have the spear hidden aspect and access to admin chambers LONG ago. What am I missing here? I talk to every character any chance I get.

[edit] Got it after 36 escape attempts. Apparently the better you do, the longer it takes to unlock it because main story conversation with Achilles take priority. So if you beat the game early and often and talk to everyone you may need close to 40 hours to unlock it, but if you tend to die early and quick you get it much faster.

You should be able to buy the admin chambers from the contractor. Also, are you saying that the "end" of the game is beating Hades 10 times? Because i am near that and i am not even close to unlock all the aspects.

Ending for the main quest yeah, Ending with epilogue got ways to go.

After the 10th time you see the end of the main story, yet there are going to be a couple more aspects of the side story that will require you to beat the game a couple more times.

That's what I gathered from google, but I can't. I unlocked everything the contractor has (except for the decor), never offered me the administrative chamber.

Might depend on how many prophecies you have completed, how many runs were with heat, how often you use different weapons and how you ultimately spend your titans blood (unlockign new aspects vs maxing out aspects). I unlocked all aspects and maxed 2 before my last run. I have 22 escapes total I think.

Hmm, either its a bug or you didnt follow the story. The wiki says that it becomes available through story progression.

How can I not follow the story though if I already have Persephone in the underworld, I have already seen the credits of the game...

You need to rest twice. Once to reveal the family secret, second time to show Zagreus working in administrative chamber.

I am actually not sure. I dont know what belongs to the main-quest and what not.

Was never prompted to rest a second time and I currently can't. Don't know how the game could brick itself, I never played Early Access either to have a corrupted save or anything.

I got the second "rest" in Zagreus room option after escaping another 3-4 times AFTER i gotten the story end and credits.
Its basically a event where Zagreus has to work there for a night before getting "fired" by Hades.
After the next completed run after that i had the option to buy access to it for 2 diamonds at the construction crew.
Like already mentioned, a lot of stuff is still to come with a ton more stuff to unlock in the post game.
Also the "true" ending epilogue but that takes about 30-50 additional escapes after the credits.

It seems like it can take variable amounts of time for certain events to show up. I didn't unlock the administrative chambers until well after getting the credits either. It'll appear eventually.
