Theseus.
I'd rather fight Theseus over chariots. He's pretty easy if you just stay on him and dodge his two attacks. Save your enhanced call for when he drops the aoe's.
Honestly Elysium is just kinda unbalanced I still feel. I discovered last night that with the sword, the swordsman can hit you between your second and third strike during your combos, so thats nice.
he gets his own armored chariot when you get far enough in the game
and it's the worst thing ever.
Oh that is disgusting, I practically stopped playing after 4 escapes lol
He only has 2 patterns, he either sweep and warn you with a big white circle so you can dodge by dashing away, or he launches his spear at you (with a pink mark on your head + sound effect).
If you manage to dodge the spear, he will always try to go away from you, meaning he won't be able to block with his shield.
Really easy to manipulate. Stay far enough, dodge the spear, go near him, attack as he walks away, repeat until dead.
And if you have trouble fighting Asterius and Theseus together, you can still play hide and seek and focus on the bull while Theseus throws his spear at the decor repeatedly.
Little chariots simply suicide as long as you dash through obsacles when they charge at you, so they are easy as long as you know it.
I think the worst enemy by far is the armored chariot (closely followed by exalted greatshields). You can't cancel him with attacks as long as he has his armor and if you happen to be using the sword, it can be really unfair to deal with.
When you up the heat level so the boss fights are more difficult Theseus gets a shiny ass golden chariot and twin ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ gatling guns. He drives all around the arena like crazy, trying to run you over, dropping bombs everywhere, and shooting like a mad man. At the same time Asterius has a boost in his damage and almost all of his attacks are now fairly big AOEs.
I did it only twice, but every time I just rushed him down and he lost his new patterns at midlife. I might be wrong, but I think he loses his shield for the first part of the fight, made him a lot easier to deal with when I fought him.
Might be a lot harder with a weak build, I still have to find out !
