In the keepsake box theres a bunch of things that say "secret stash" how do I unlock these and what do they do?

You can get 4 of them waaaay later from specific people you get close to.
The other 2 are not implemented yet.

They are additional actives beside your keepsakes. You can pick one and use them limited times in your run but only once per encounter.

So I need to give nectar to specific people? Which ones? Does ambrosia help at all?

for now there are Megaera Thanatos Skelly Sisyphus
give nectar till u get around 6-7 heart cant give them anymore then you will get quest at your table quest. after finish quest you can give them ambrosia to get item
I only got Skelly and Sisyphus now than and meg quest not show up maybe they need more relationship with other npc too
