Will Main Character Sprites get 4K Resolution update?

This game plays and look awesome at 4K resolution except that that character sprites look very blurry. Maybe it was designed at a lower resolution like 1080p? I am just wondering if the developer will ever update the main character sprites to 4K to make it look consistent with the rest of the game. Anyone knows?

Hey, thank you for the feedback here. This isn't something we have plans for right now though it's something we need to look into more.

Thank you so much for the reply. I believe many people are playing this game at a resolution above 1080p as graphically it is not so demanding. Cross my fingers that one day the sprite assets will have a 4K resolution upgrade. The environments are gorgeous though.

They're blurry and feel a bit out of place even at 1080p. I hope they become sharper in the future.

Well, this is really disappointing. I just bought it last night and stopped playing because of this. I was hoping it was some bug with an easy fix. I don't understand why the game would have some of its most important assets in such lo res with zero plans to fix it. Guess I'm lucky it was jarring enough it made me quit early so I could still request a refund. Hope this gets fixed in the future.

The sprites look fine to me at 1440p.
