Why Old Nick?
I dont quite get why they decided to use ol' Lucy for an aspect. The others are all Human(ish) heroes of vareous types, while Lucifer...isnt. Dont get me wrong, the weapons fun and has a cool design, but why LUCIFER of all people? Surely they could have come up with SOMEONE else, right? Maybe some famous sharpshooter from the old west, or someone famous for their use of firing lines or something like that.

The war of the angels might still be the first war of history itself.

Because it's a fun weapon and they tied it in with the narrative in an interesting manner.

Rama is a Hindu smurf deity. Your point is invalid.

To me he is as humanish as Zag, Zeus.. certainly more than Chaos. Why would they come up with someone else? This seems awesome to me.

I mean, to be fair, the game sets in hell so it's almost more bizarre if Lucy or any related reference is not included.
You can think of the 4th aspects as an acknowledgement to other "gods" or powerful beings which is not directly correlated to Greek mythology. I guess the only exception is Arthur but I think they want to emphasise the almighty sword Excalibur more than him.

Is he? I thought he was an Indian hero, although I...might have mixed him up with someone else. Possibly because he appeared in the story of the hero I was thinking of. However, my point is more that its a lot more interesting if the weapons belong to Human(ish) heroes, not just more Gods.

Honestly is Beowulf and Arthur that are the odd ducks.
People at least worship Lucifer.

Uhhh. Guan Yu is also viewed as the God of War...I do think it's strange they used him for a ranged assault rifle, but it seems to fit well enough.

Rama was the 7th Avatar of Vishnu.

lol i hadn't unlocked this yet

but yeah i think it works for a 4th aspect, since the other 4ths are all wildly separated from the Greek/Roman but still related to battle/war/heroism/idolatry
