I've purchased most of the upgrades for the lounge except the secret door and this prophecy isn't considered fulfilled, am I missing something?

You need to buy all Renovations, House Decors don't matter in the context of this quest. After that is done you wait for a specific dialogue, no way to force it (other than just dying repeatedly until you get it)
