What kind of sound do the Flame Wheels make?

Having trouble figuring out what kind of sound they're producing. I've always referred to them as cat carts because they sound like they're meowing. What kind of sound is that and why does it sound like cats?

So the chariots or nemean chariots. Which is in reference to the Nemean lion. So the chariots are lion/kitty themed. So they sound like cats. You aren't wrong
