Do certain conversations with Thanatos have hidden requirements?

Specifically, I've seen other people have conversations with Thanatos that I've never run into such as Thanatos talking about death and how mortals think of it. I've had the Bond Forged with Thanatos since very early on, and I've had a total of more than 160 runs, and I haven't gotten any new conversations with him in quite a long time. I talk with him every time he's in the house but he never has a (!) over his head, and it's always the same filler lines. Am I just really unlucky or is my game bugged?

I've played for over 200 hours and still have yet to see one fishing spot in Chaos' realm despite others' claims.

There is a lot of content just tied to RNG I suppose. Could be incorrect, I still haven't unlocked the final new sword aspect despite doing near 10 new runs (and completing them) since the update and speaking to Nyx multiple times so I think it is simply RNG.

Though, not sure what the dialogue you are speaking of is helpful for or if you simply want to hear it in your own game.

Arthur DOES have one other criterion that I know of. spend 5 Titan blood on the sword upgrades, total. If you've already done this, then yeah rng

hm? thats false. I have Arthur aspect and i've only spent 1 titan blood upgrading zagreus aspect.
i'm sure you would need them unlocked, at the least.

Yep! Just finished another run with it. It is my favorite spear aspect.

I think I just have a lot of sidequests/dialogue that were tied to her so I have to cycle through those first. Not a big deal. I'll just keep playing.

Can confirm Chaos fish is real, got it in my first run with Poseidons fishing boon. Also took me ages to get Arthurs sword, I think it was ~15 runs just to cycle through the dialogue.
