Fist weapon's Daedalus Hammers
Underwhelming to say the least? I did not see all of them yet, but ones that I did seem borderline useless. The one that gives your special dmg upon landing straight up made me abandon the run as it stunlocks you in place for a second, letting all of the incoming attacks hit you in the face.
I love the weapon itself, but the upgrades so far are very strange.

Flying Cutter -Decent. While the damage increase is nice - changeup time is really slow. And I have a feeling that it slows the animation speed of the uppercut, making you vulnerable for a longer period.
Rush Kick – Really good. High range and good mobility combined. With Draining Cuter Zagreus turns into a vampiric monk of destruction. Have no idea how it interacts with magnetic pull
Explosive Upper - useful, especially early. But paired with Demeter Aspect its becomes double broken. Game treats dash-special valid for the aspect buff, so you get 5 BLASTS PER UPPERCUT JESUS CHRIST WHAT THE ♥♥♥♥. I didn’t know this so I used a dash-special against Hades to dodge his lounge and blast that annoying archer he summoned - and I obliterated the archer and cut 25% of big man’s hitpoints

The upgrade that makes your final hit a dash hit makes it so you punch continuously as well the range increase one is great due to the severe lack of range the weapon has.

Overall the fist has insane consistent dps and well the hammer upgrades hold back at pushing that forward.

I'll admit i found them a bit uninteresting at first but they're growing on me a lot! I'd agree they're probably not as strong as the spear for instance, but something about doing a thousand attacks a second is just so satisfying.

Stopped reading there because I don't want to spoil the rest for myself, but I stand corrected. Some of the upgrades are really cool.

Quake is still complete garbage though.

Rush Kick gives you frightening range. I had it paired with Artemis Flourish and so I basically zipped through the rooms nuking enemies who were a million miles away.

So flying cutter and rush kick do exist I played like 5-6 straight fist runs and I haven't seen either yet. Guess my rng is all gone. lol

I forgot some upgrades seemed to be tied to aspects i just switched my fists and got rush kick.

Thats kinda funny because I got quake first with the epic hermes special boost and artemis epic and was just.... murdering people with the aoe. Kite until you just murder fools

With the hammer upgrade that turns your uppercut into a lock on rapid kick and a Poseidon/Zeus build (Knockback with lightning strikes on knockback from duo perk) I absolutely obliterated everything, and ruined the last boss without getting hit once. The damage and mobility are insane.

Another build involved purely basic attack upgrades, with Ice debuff stacking and both the burst at 10 stack for damage, and damage over time when ice is on target and again shredded everything with hammer upgrades for bonus dash attack damage to armor and bonus attack range+extra attack damage.

I don't think I've had a single run with the gauntlets that hasn't felt extremely powerful. Easily has become my favorite weapon by far.

The fists are amazing on their own. That's probably why the upgrades seem meh. Other weapons are crap on their own.
