Hope it's not the case, it would suck and it's not like fishing spots are common thing, also... its quite fun as mini game
its a bit sad tho... since perfect catch is no easy feat.... and it seems the rewards are meager (3 perfect catches and about 70 gems and nothing more? thats really lame)
you can see it when you catch it, the labeled text will be either "catch" or "perfect catch" (the promotional video for the update shows both on the fishing part)
To actually pull one, your timing must be hardcore accurate, and to do so you must catch it as soon as you see the "flash" (at least thats how i pull it, i get stupid close to the screen and muster my jedi mindset XD)
It's purely a reaction time thing. For me personally, to get perfect catches, I have to basically stare and not blink.
Wait. You know that you're meant to be press right at the flash right? I know the game doesn't make it obvious at first.
No, i did not know that, I thought you were suppose to press when the blobb when underwater, as in real fishing. But next time i'll look for some sort of flash.
