How do you upgrade weapons?

The game keeps telling me I can use titans blood I get to upgrade my weapons but I can find no way to actually use them to do that. Can anyone tell me how you are supposed to upgrade them?

When you change your weapons before run in the room with the Skelly, you can change the form of that weapon or upgrade it. I hope it helps!

Thats what I have seen in vids but in my game there is no option to do that, the weapon just stays there greyed out

Oh, sorry, then it's probably going to be assessable after few more runs - the game doesn't dump all of its mechanic at once. I know that there are some additions after beating the first boss and after doing a full run, but other than that I don't know. Maybe someone more knowledgeable will come this way with answers! If not - I'll try fresh run in the evening and report my findings! :)

Thanks, I've made it to the boss in the second area and the game has told me multiple times now to use my titans blood to upgrade my weapons so I just thought it was weird it wasnt letting me do it.

You have to buy all the weapons in order to get access to weapon upgrades.

I have all of the weapons unlocked, but I'm having the same issue where I can't upgrade any weapons.

So there is a way to upgrade weaponry beyond blind runs? Because I notably lack damage by the time I get to Elysium. Those respawning archers can go and ♥♥♥♥ themselves -_-

Well I just found it out now that I could upgrade them lol. Once you have unlocked the weapons, when you select a one it will have a portal that will say "Reveal". There you can upgrade them.

I've fought the end boss a couple of times now, still no upgrade unlock,
but now there is a fifth weapon to buy so maybe then?
I feel like the unlock can probably use a more reasonable condition though,
I have 4 titans blood burning a hole in my pocket and for the later parts of the game my weapons feel like a wet noodle.

That's actually normal if you don't synergize god gifts with your base weapon strengths.

Perhaps you need to beat the 3rd boss to unlock the upgraded weaponry. At least I remember it happened when I did so - I have about 7 or 8 tries in the game. Last one being a victory and have had upgrades since like 4 ago.

iu have only used the spear since I got it, and I uinlocked the weps right after i got the rail gun

also, no iio hadnt even beaten the 2nd boss at the time. I spent a good amoutjn of time farming for darkness, and gifts to give to the gods before getting too far.

( i have now gotten to hades, where bc the game runs so poorly when it fees liek, i died to a massive frame drop )
