Dusa is technically counted as a romance option, it's just that the "romance" with Dusa is purely platonic. She points out that she would not put herself in danger (via Fidi summon) for just anyone, but the love she has for Zagreus is not romantic.

No.

Firstly there was mention in earlier game builds about them raised as brothers but that was removed. Secondly Nyx is a primordial deity and while she has her own direct children, she is typically depicted as a sort of motherly figure in general.

I've noticed that too and am also rather bummed. It seemed like the two of them had some great chemistry sparking off as they bonded on their distant feelings towards their respective 'families', as it were, and senses of isolation. I imagine the two would make great hunting buddies and Zag would be closest to her out of any of the Olympians.

Artemis is literally a maiden goddess who vowed never to take a consort or wed, you guys. Not a single one of the gods will be romanceable. Also I don't know how you missed Artemis blatantly becoming more suspicious of Zag's intentions the more he gifted her. There was a reason for that, it ties in with her mythological interpretation.
