Expose weakness and divine dash
I could have sworn Divine Dash used to proc Expose Weakness on hit (with blinding flash of course).

Does it not do this anymore?

Yes, Blinding Flash. I mentioned I had that. It wasn't working at least as far as I could tell. If it is working, then it's not proccing privliged anymore when another status is in effect.
