Trial of Haste doesn't seem physically possible
After several attempts at the Trial of Haste in the pitch black stone I am not convinced that the build you play possesses the raw DPS required to complete the challenge in the time limit, and the margin is in no way thin enough for me to attribute to being old and having slow reactions. Every encounter is going to eat at least 20 seconds, finding every encounter plus the exit is going to take another 5 each minimum, and even if you take two Charon routes the time it takes to travel through non combat biomes will leave you with less than 2 minutes to rush down Infernal Cerberus' enormous pile of hit points. This is not helped by your only real source of acceptably fast DPS being reliant on magick that simply does not regenerate fast enough or reliably enough.

I truly do not think that even a literal TOS could reliably complete this challenge.

Part of this is fundamental to the Vow of Desperation at the maximum level starting in the third biome - it doesn't really seem fair that the clock ticks down when you explicitly are not in danger, and in a real run obviously you'd have saved about 2-3 minutes from rushing Erebus and Oceanus, and conversely the bough takes valuable time to activate instead of being auto-activated the moment you enter a new location meaning you have to spend your limited time exploring either for the bough itself or for boons - but I really think it comes down to the fact your DPS simply mathematically is not up to the task.

EDIT: by way of contrast the Trial of Doom was just tantalisingly beyond my actual input skill leading to a stress loop as I felt like it was physically possible, just frustrating and slow. And that's not even explicitly claiming it's "not fun" or anything, I'm sure some people outright enjoy the kind of careful methodical play required for that challenge, it's just not for me once the compulsion to tick off every stupid box clears.

It is possible.

On my winning run I lucked out with two Mini bosses, (These are much faster to complete than the three item fields) and two Charon rooms. The important boons I got were Apollos boon which causes your cast to dump a ton of damage after it expires, plus the one that causes enemy's with Apollos curse effect to take +50% damage in back stabs, and Hermes 20% damage bonus. This, plus not wasting any time getting lost in the fields (Which is easy to do), and I got to Cerberus with 2:30 on the clock.

I feel your pain, cause this trial honestly sucks. The devs should change it.

But it is possible. Good luck.
It's pretty hard. Gonna try it again tomorrow since I just finished maxing out Melinoe aspect and the droplet.

It does seem like it involves much too much luck.

I personally just completed it today. I only won because I had Toula and got the legendary Hermes boon. Reaching the boss with 2 minutes and 30 seconds left, I ended up winning with both death defies used and 35 health left. This trial is pure rng imo.

It's possible but does involve luck. Like, you can avoid damage the whole way to the Cerberus boss fight and fail to have the DPS necessary depending on how many "get off me!"-type moves he uses.

Just adding an extra 30 seconds would go a LONG way. Or at the very least, it could be rated with 5 eyes.
