1) making the attack charging instantaneous. It would allow a faster interval between special charged with the attack. allow better maneuverability as you are locked in place charging less time.
2)indefinite holding of the charged attack. it would give better control of the pace of the fight. No reason for the attack to burst during boss invulnerable phase.
3)After fully charging all available skulls and waiting three seconds a click on the attack button detonates a single skull. This would allow the aspect to word as an attack only build as well.
My solution: never actually use the attack past the early stage of the game. The Special damage bonus is quite powerful, and spamming Omega Special is a much more efficient use of time. Hera on gain, whatever on Special—ideally Aphrodite.
However, constantly channeling that lengthy Omega Special makes it a strain on time limits! Whether you focus on loading the attack or forsake it completely, it's all waiting! Quite an irritating high-heat aspect.
Also, there are some locations sea-dragons spawn in the second biome that prevent you from hitting them from anything but the most specific angles with the Omega Special. I think you could completely screw yourself out of clearing the room if you couldn't regenerate magick!
Anyway, I'd say this weapon aspect stinks. I wonder if it'd be more fun if, alongside loading while moving, it could let out a pulse as you load it? Alongside letting you carry the skulls indefinitely. Those are two changes I'd love.
Oh, and you have to get WAY too close to enemies to activate the skulls! You shouldn't have to be LITERALLY on top of an enemy for them to burst when using the special; they should go off somewhere in the middle of the skull's blast radius.
