Maybe Bug? Gift for Daddy

Meeting dear old dad in the lowest depth gives me the option to gift him something however after speaking with him, receiving his blessing the option to 'gift' doesn't pop up. Hard to say if this is intentional or not.
I've also been having an issue activating Toula. When sprinting over her it doesn't get registered which is frustrating. (Maybe instead of use something instead of sprint?) Have otherwise gone back to using my beloved frog.
P.S. Loving the Game so far ^_^
P.P.S. Someone already mentioned it but have Gold displaced in Wells and sorts etc would be convenient.

As far as I can tell, characters lose the "Gift" option if you try gifting them anything and they are not accepting gifts at that point in time, until that state changes (which it doesn't for Hades).
When you unlock the heart-level-display for the book of shadows, Hades only has two levels - "Locked" and "Something in the future".
Basically looks like placeholder "we are gonna do something with this, but haven't set it up yet", and maybe something weird happened and it thought you already tried to give a gift.

I can't speak on anything about the pet attacks, because I've never really used them other than for their resource harvesting and passive bonuses.

You cannot activate the attack again and again. I think it only works when Toula has an aura again after lying down for a moment.
