Athena can't appear on Olympus with Gorgon Amulet?

Had 2 runs where I equipped Gorgon Amulet on Olympus, on both Athena refused to appear. In Rift she appears completely fine, but with the Fig Leaf change I prefer to take it on the second location instead of third.

Heyo - she should be able to, so that's a bit odd. Just to make sure, you didn't have any Death Defiances?

No, I didn't. I'm using Strength Arcana so I don't take any DDs if I can help it.
I will check my run history just to be completely sure, I got Death activated once by Circe but it was a different run.
Upd: Checked it, at least 1 run where I'm 100% positive I didn't have any DD and Athena still didn't show up on Olympus with a Gorgon Amulet. In another I am not completely sure since I have Red Citrine Divination which may mean I had a DD.

I sent a report through F10 about this, though maybe not from the best point (from the room after Promethius, so it is not obvious I didn't change my keepsake)
I would also note that I actually forgot to change my Keepsake from Gorgon Amulet after sending the report, and Athena showed up in the first Summit room. So whatever it is it seems to be Olympus-specific.
