screen freezing

in 83 minutes of playtime i encountered a little funny: at random points of the game the screen freezes, but the sound continues playing. i "found" a temporary solution for this (alt tabbing and then alt tabbing back to the game) but the funny still happens after some time. i haven't tried changin anything in the settings doe, but if it will fix the freezes then i'll update this discussion.

I am getting the same thing, I've got a RX Radeon 5600 XT, but this is exactly what is happening to me. I've tried ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with a bunch of settings to no avail.

but sometimes alt+tab dont help, screen stay black, i hear sound\moves\dashes but screen is black

ok so ive tried changing stuff in the settings (like the faq said) and nothing happened, the freezes still are preset. ive done the littlest amount of research and there are other guys in the tech discussion forum thing with the same issue and they said that the game might not be optimised for 144Hz monitors yet, im not sure if thats true but will try changin the refresh rates tomorrow

I encounter this same issue on an older 60hz monitor. I went through all the checks above and still encounter this issue. I'm on a RX560. Perhaps its an issue with Radeon cards?

i hate reviving a dead discussion but ive encountered the exact same thing in a game called Undermine, and the funny thing is that its the first time i encountered it in that game. ye i know this doesnt relate to hades 2 but this might be a clue: maybe the core of the issue is in the hardware, not the software?
ps: I CANNOT MAKE THIS ♥♥♥♥ UP LITERALLY AFTER 5 MINUTES I ENCOUNTERED THE SAME THING IN VAMPIRE SURVIVORS
