Input Lag and Video Lag

I was able to play the game last night for a couple hours no problem, but with the update today, I'm experiencing some issues that render the game unplayable for me: the game is extremely laggy now. Any inputs I make whether they be from a controller (connected via USB) or mouse/keyboard (bluetooth) don't register. Same with the video as well.
Tabbing out of the game and tabbing back in seems to move things along a few frames but that's about it.

I've tried restarting my computer, deleting the GeneralSettingWin file, and uninstalling and reinstalling my game.

Is this happening to anyone else?

same here, mine just gets frozen for 1-2 seconds, it was ok yesterday

It randomly started working last night again but then today this evening its back to the same problem. I have no idea why this issue is so intermittent?
