Is there a logical use-case for "Bridal Glow?"
I have the boon that makes all common boons into rare boons if you have 3 earth, and the one that grants bonus damage if you have no common boons.

Bridal glow hypothetically wouldn't allow the boons to become common, but the bonus damage boon is epic, so if it "randomly" selects that one, I'm kinda ♥♥♥♥♥♥ because it ultimately guarantees 2 boons will be the lowest possible level.

I'm just wondering if there's a synergy or mechanic they had in mind that I'm completely missing because that seems like way more of a debuff than a boon.

Purchase at Charon's shop immediately before the final fight of the run (either Chronos or, for now, Eris)? That's the only thing I could think of.

You wouldn't want to get bridal glow at the beginning of the run. You'd get it during the final areas of the game because you'd want the run to end before you your boons drop to less than what they were.

if you get bridal glow then that one hestia boon that removes another boon for health and mana, and that boon happens to be bridal glow, then your boons stay heroic. extremely niche but it goes hard as hell

Bridal glow is lazy/boring/anti-fun design, period. I'll admit that I'm happy finding it in the LAST shop but that happens in maybe 1-2% of my runs. Wonderful... I started basing my builds on expecting to get a particular duo boon; some of them can be SO OP, and they ARE actually reliable; I've only started "exploiting" duo boons for my last 6-7 runs but I have always gotten the ones I was aiming for before the end of the run. Bridal glow though = 100% gamba...

It's not game ruining of course but it's just... "Silly" to remain mildly polite...
Outside of the final area, you use it with the Hera/Zeus duo King's Ransom - it allows to sell all hera's perks for +2 levels for each zeus talent. So you try to plan it this way so you pick it, rarify stuff and then roll heavily for that duo.
