Has anybody managed to wake him up? Or is it due to early access?

Not yet, but we'll probably be able to down the road. I imagine it'll require an incantation or something considering how difficult it is to wake him apparently. Can't wait for Melinoe to find out why everyone prefers him that way though, lol.

Might be Echo's, since the option to gift her was unintentionally super delayed before a recent patch.

I have Echo, only characters I suspect are Medea, Hypnos and Hades.

She can spawn in Ephyra, pretty rare though

Nothing you can do to wake Hypnos yet. Probably later in the story.

My headcanon right now is that Hypnos will wake up eventually, put Chronos in an endless dream state, refuse to elaborate and then go back to sleep
