Stuck at 28/30 testaments?

Anyone able to confirm whether it's possible to actually hit 30/30 testaments?
The menu doesn't show any more challenges but the number is still stuck at 28/30 for me.

EDIT: Apparently according to multiple people, the last two Dagger Testaments are currently bugged and will not become available even after completing the previous ones.

EDIT2: Ok so the bug was fixed in the lastest hotfix. Thanks devs.

For the most part I find the most effective strategy to be: Start with demeter keepsake to ensure you can get both of her cast boons. Not only do the the two cold effects deal great damage and cc but also count as two separate curses for the Origination Tarot.
This combined with The furies and Huntress essentially give you an extremely easy consistent 2.3x damage multiplier before any attack/special boons. This will allow you to nuke most encounters rather trivially with almost any weapon.

Other boons are up to taste, although if you're using ranged weapons, make sure to pick either Zeus' or Hestia's boon that lets you place your cast onto enemies from far away as well.

Other recommended boons include the Healing hex (make sure to equip Selene's keepsake if you get it to maximize the amount of upgrades you can assign to it.)
Artemis' Lethal Snare (for even more dps to enemies in your cast.)
Hephaestus' trusty shield (helps nullify the "enemies deal more damage on first hit in each fight fear")

Another good idea is to switch to Narciscus' keepsake on the first floors keepsake switching station before using the fountain. If the main DPS boon you picked is a common, keep picking rares and epics for the rest of area 1 so you can use it to forcibly turn it into a heroic.

I tend to switch up my arcanas based on the weapon I use.
2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18 and 24 are my default build though.

I remember reading somewhere that the daggers are bugged and disappear before all the usual Fear levels can be completed, which is why it's stuck at 28/30.

Figured something like that. Welp, it's good to know I'm not alone with this.

Yeah, the daggers definitely disappeared early for me too.
