Anyway, none of the returning gods have the same boons. And as far as i understand, Hestia has the DOTs now. Much worse DOT than hangover. Honestly, all the curses I've seen so far kinda suck ♥♥♥♥. And not in a fun way.
Well presumably they would change him, like they changed all of the other gods.
For example, Hestia has one where, if you can build up 300 Scorch Stacks, they can all be consumed to deal a percentage of their total remaining damage in a single burst. Likewise, Hera's Hitch curse doesn't deal damage to other afflicted foes when the one being hit is defeated, but that's due to her having a specific boon that does this effect.
At a default state, I'd say that Aphrodite and Apollo have the best curse effects; being able to respectively reduce damage or even outright force enemies to miss attacks can help a lot with survivability. Hephaestus' curse is also pretty good as it basically lets you get a delayed second Blast proc, but obviously requires you have one of his Blast attack boons
The short version: the curses probably feel weak because they put some more build depth into most of them, so they aren't just "sprinkle it on top of your main build" and instead require a more dedicated strategy that uses them to their fullest potential.
