Hera boons: "Uncommon Grace" upgrade

ok maybe I'm still early game BUT I STILLL have yet to have a run where i don't have at least ONE common boon. So the fact that THIS BUFF IS ONLY 10%.... INSTA PASS....

Go read her infusion. Her infusion makes all boons rare.

Eh, it is never guaranteed but if you have Arcana and expecially Chaos boon for increasing Boon rarity is actually quite likely.
And if you throw in god and Narcissis Keepsakes...

i often have runs with no commons

it's pretty easy to boost the rarity of boons with arcana and other effects, and then this buff is a flat damage boost. i consider it an automatic pick-up if i am boosting rarity or have unlocked her infusion as Chaosdrake says

Recommend only picking Uncommon Grace if you already had or plan on also getting Hera's infusion boon. It's an extra step imo but it's a lesser compromise to shifting Arcana cards or deliberately neglecting all common boons.

Yeah i think it should be adjusted to instead be less effective for each common boon, 25% less for 1, 50% for 2, etc, so that there is still some impact even when common boons are unavoidable
