Yeah like calamity said, they're in the same genre and have that exact same formula, but how they do the formula is different.

Dead Cells plays like a Metroidvania. This is certainly not that.

Yeah, that's highly subjective. It's probably phenomenal if you like metroidvania style, but if you don't, then it's alright. I know Dead Cells is an amazing game, but it definitely doesn't pull someone like me in.

They are both sports games and that's it.


This game has nothing in common to Dead Cells other than the "rogue lite" tag.

For what they try to achieve, however, both Hades and Dead Cells are fantastic games and deserve to be played!
