Can't get shadow

I have progressed through the game and beaten Chronos multiple times (20+?). Hecate has given me the recipe for the "Permeation of Witching Wards" incantation. I have exhausted all available dialog with the Gods/NPCs/ Chaos (gifted nectar/ bath salts when possible). I have gotten 3 stars on all trinkets that I have been given. However, Hecate won't give me Shadow so I can brew the incantation giving access to Olympus. Please help I would like to continue exploring more aspects of the game. When I return to the house Hecate is either gone or sometimes gathered around the cauldron with the other witches chanting there is an option to join in the chanting which I have done.

I can't remember how this works because for me it was a long time ago. I'm looking at GameRant to remind me how Shadow was unlocked, and they say you're going to need 30 Psyche, 30 Ash and 30 Fate Fabric for the spell. I'm sure you've got the Psyche and Ash, but maybe you need the Fate Fabric as well before she'll offer the incantation?

And I assume after 20+ wins you've unlocked the Wretched Broker?

Also it is on the 2nd tab. On controller it should be RB to change tabs.

Wow didn't even notice the second tab ... why did they do it like this? it required 30 ash 30 psyche and 3 fate fabric

Because there are a ton of stuff to make on that tab. Thing is It would have kept a giant exclamation point over the cauldron until you made your way to the new tab and scrolled over it once. So you probably looked at it and forgot. Secondly you can always look up items to find where they come from in the in game encyclopedia. as you had the recipe it should have informed you of it.
