So long? There are/were games in EA for over a decade 😂
This one won't last even a couple of years. Which seems to be pretty standard in my book.
(and it has more content than the first game already)
It feels like an eternity when you really love a game and want the full release lol
Yeah, I know the feeling.
Also I've been a bit shallow and unfair when I mentioned games with over a decade of development. What I meant was that:
There are those partially abandoned projects, with very few updates in between the years until the game is finally released.
And those that get constant updates but I feel that the dev team is "afraid" to release the game... You know, there's always some new content to add, bugs to fix, things to improve and the game keeps in that perpetual EA state, even though it's already good and has good content.
At least we are sure that SGG already has everything planed out (at least content wise), so they won't get into that eternal loop of "let's add one more god", "just a few extra lines of story" and thus are able to give us an estimate for when the game shall be released.
