Why won't they show us Narcissus?

Of all the characters, it's obviously the guy who keeps talking about how beautiful he is that I want to see!

Before the latest patch, I get that some characters either have a placeholder model for when they're in the world, or placeholder for their dialogue screen. However, for almost all characters, we have an idea of what they look like from one of them. Ie, Charon had a world model, but a placeholder dialogue model. Circle had a placeholder world model, but a dialogue model.

But of all the characters, the one person who is defined by his looks is still a mystery?? Why is that?
