Reaching Chronos on night 1
I managed it, took me many new game runs but I finally got there with the help of an absurdly OP build. Picked up an epic Hestia +life and +magic boon in exchange for a common tranquil gain, then grabbed a couple of centaur hearts and pommed my Apollo attack. Then in Oceanus, as well as the blessing of strife, I got Apollo and Hestia Duo Phoenix skin (-100 health then gradual healing if you don't take or deal damage for 3 seconds), which negates the main problem with new game runs - longevity. Then on top of that I got the beach ball duo, and discovered that the damage it deals (a healthy 300 points) doesn't count as "your damage" so you carry on healing through it. This by itself carried me through Cerberus and Tartarus.

Chronos then killed me within 3 staff spin attacks (I really have trouble with them) thanks to that blessing of strife - but I got there!

I don't know if they changed this in any of the recent patches, but if you pause right after Chronos deals you a killing blow and hit Give Up, it'll bring you back to the main menu and continue your run directly from Chronos's room if you're on Night 1. With that, you can make as many attempts at Night 1 Chronos as you care to. Something to keep in mind if you get there again, assuming it's still a thing, but good job.

I wondered if I could clear night 1 after reading this post, and managed to just barely win with 31 health. Beach ball is a busted boon and carried the run. Demeter's boon that negates the first instance of damage in a room is also very useful. The game ends up skipping a ton of dialogue, and doesnt have anything special acknowledging you beat it on the first run.
