Solar ring Changed

I really like the The omega Apollo Cast solar ring and felt it was pretty powerful, since patch 3 they changed the low damage high frequency burst which stacked damage quite well, but now its a single burst with medium power and now inflicts daze. Feels like it was a huge over correction for damage for an effect, Thoughts?

The burst you liked is now a secondary cast effect. It can be added to any cast.

I'm pretty sure the reason for the change was to make Solar Ring work with normal cast. Same for Storm Ring.

BTW you can still get the old effect (in addition to the cast boon) by picking Prominence Flare. It requires a cast boon though.
