We need a Nightmare recipe

So I've cleared all the fear rewards and bought a bunch of Nightmares from the shop and I still need about 20 more to fully max out the rest of the aspects.

On the other hand I have a bunch of useless ingredients that I collected from the various guardians.

Should there be a recipe that uses some of these ingredients to make nightmares? Because we still are getting one more weapons and an additional aspect for each of the existing and new weapon.

Equip Toula > Catch Fish > Sell Fish > Buy Nightmare with Bones. That's what I did anyway to max out all the weapon aspects.

A couple of Nightmares will cost 5 Charon cards and will take 100 rooms to be delivered.
