How do you unlock Hera?

I've looked everywhere for how to unlock Hera and her boons, but I haven't found anything. I got up to the Chronos fight so I'm not sure what else I would have to do.

I was encountering her well before I ever beat Chronos, so I don't think that's it at all. I don't know that she even has specific unlock conditions, she just went from not showing up at all to suddenly showing up constantly for me.

I believe I got her the moment I went up to the surface, so if that's not it, I really don't know.

This was the case for me as well.

It happened for me the first time I went to the surface after completing the surface breathing invocation.

She showed up when I went to the surface. Her boons are great.

She showed up for me after i completed one run on the surface without the curse

For anyone else wondering if you have mods on, I had 2 mods for guaranteed hammer and another mod that guarantees certain Gods at the start and that kind of boned me since I never got Hera to show up. She is the first boon that shows up when you go to the surface for the first time.

Edit : Basically disabled those mods for a single run and you're gtg.
