Orb after Chronos kill
After killing Chronos for the first time a orb spawned and a door opened, I was unsure what one would end the run so i went through the door because but it turned out to be the one that ended the run. Anyone know i missed out on by not clicking the orb?

It wouldn't have done anything. I think it's what will be affected by the "final" incantation in the cauldron (the one you can't do because one of the materials doesn't exist in the game yet). Mel just touches the circle, says something about not being ready or going to the other room, then you have to go end the run at the door.

Since time presumably can't be stopped he's always going to exist in some form even without a physical body. That's what I got out of the orb, maybe it will be more relevant once the rest of the story is finished.
