How do I access weapon aspects

Not the actual individual aspects, how do I get the ability to change aspects, cause I can only select the base weapon and there is no screen that says I can switch aspects.

I've heard it's with the "Aspects of Night and Darkness incantation" so how do I unlock the recipe.

I just want the ability to UNLOCK aspects not the aspects themselves I'll figure out that part later

iirc Hecate will mention the incantation before one of the fights with her, afterwards you can see the recipe in the cauldron. I believe its just a matter of fighting her a certain number of times.

edit: I think you need to unlock all the base weapons and do at least one run with each, not sure if you have to get past or even fight Hecate with them.
