Dialogues with characters

Why do some characters' dialogues and locations update when I log in and out of the training camp? Also, in 15 hours of playing, I’ve already heard the same phrases a dozen times, when 1 part of this didn’t happen for 100

I have 25 hours of playing and have barely heard any repeat phrases, and even those have been short and when you're not actually having a conversation.

Well, maybe there’s some kind of bug, otherwise it was funny to hear the phrase that the NPC says at the first meeting twice already

would say definitely a bug, probably registered that it's your first run again and is triggering the voice lines in order all over again, hence the repetition
