I found it after a few runs but that's only cause I googled cause I was like. I'm literally collecting this resource to increase grasp but it's not going up lmao.

Devs need to make this clearer, I've been playing for 10h and I genuinely thought I just hadn't unlocked that part of the game yet.

I didn't know that portrait of Mel was clickable, using controller too. Had 1000 grasp currency at 11h game. Now Im from 10 to 25 and the game is suddenly way more easy lmao.

Using a 32:9 screen - can't select some UI elements with a controller like keepsakes on the last 3/4 columns or the grasp upgrade selection.

got to switch to mouse to do those - bit annoying but not gamebreaking fortunately

you're going to want to get the gathering tool that opens up the shade minigame. it'll yield you 10-20 as much grasp as you could get by any other method. useful considering you'll need 10's of thousands of them for upgrading card limit as well as for crafting an incredibly useful ingredient later on.

Definitely using a controller here as well though once I knew to go to the portrait on the right hand side of the altar I had no further problems with increasing the grasp. After updating the grasp I had (was around 700) I made it to Chronos and almost won on the very next run, lol. Probably could benefit from a big shiny menu arrow or a small tutorial prompt.
