Hades II

Nemesis
I feel that her 250 dmg per attack in the forest area is a bit excessive, as alot of the time I find my damage can't kill them at this point before they get 1 shotted by her running up. I guess it also depends on which enemies it's summoning, but any of the bigger HP enemies just don't allow you time to damage them before she can hit them.

Maybe they could try some kind of scaling damage depending on progress?

I wouldnt focus on the stronger enemies, go for weak groups or let Nemesis soften up a big one and then steal the kill. The charged attacks of most weapons help quite a bit with that.
Usualy ends with nemesis getting 3 or less kills.

It's a strategy challenge my dude.

Kill weak things near her, try and leave armour on things she might target, pick of large numbers of single hit targets and let her kill big things (especially armour since it uses health gating and requires two hits) for low efficiency. That and environment damage, which she cant proc, but you can, and you will trash her every time.

The same is true when racing Heracles who does 9999 damage.

Thanks for the tip. I usually do but sometimes you get unlucky spawns with the banshees and the big floaties and in this particular case, they were almost all Armored enemies. I just don't get a big enough boost from early boons sometimes to contend with Nemesis, so I just always lose 100 gold, putting me further behind. Weapon choice is a big factor also, as this never happens when I use Axe lol.

Yeah, I do this as much as possible. Sometimes you just don't get the damage output. Like she would hit something at full HP and it was a low tier mob with maybe 200 hp, so I couldn't outdo her dps even after she broke the armor.

At least the character you mention doesn't take away my gold afterwards, I just get less bonus gold..
