Hades II
Please add a colorblind mode
Hades 1 never got a colorblind mode, please consider it for Hades 2. Red danger zones on a reddish/brownish floor are incredibly hard to see for me.

This a million times, it's baffling already how Hades 1 never had an option for this and even more so that's it not here this time either. Region 4 especially can be a coin toss whether I'll get damaged or not with these stupid red circles.
Good luck. I'll add it to my accessibility review to get more eyes on it. Maybe, somehow, the devs will see it and give a ♥♥♥♥. Good luck.

Edit: Here's what I put:

Colorblind people: You will have issues same as Hades 1. Hopefully the devs add a colorblind option so the ground markers and warnings are more visible. More vivid color options, maybe? A COLORBLIND FILTER WILL NOT WORK FOR THIS ISSUE! To fix it, add different and more vivid ways to display the same information. The ground markers should be VERY visible.

Bug them on their discord. Send them emails and tweets. Make them tell you no.
I don't remember struggling with the first Hades, and I can *cope* with most sections, but the heart/blob-throwing enemies in Fields of Mourning are a massive thorn in my side, as I can never see their mines. +1 for colourblind mode please.
I have protonopia so mine is severe. But I use the windows 10 built in colorblindness hotkey to change between normal and filtered. You look for the accessibility settings if you have windows and it binds to ctrl + windows key + c. It still works in this game when full screen. Now I don't know if I had specifically altered my nvidia settings in the past to make sure windows governs the application, but I highly recommend color blind filters built into the os. I use it across all applications. Mine is severe enough where I can't legally drive in some places
I'm color blind and while I appreciate the effort, color blind modes have never worked for me so far and I usually end up playing default.

What has worked for me though is when the devs let you choose the colors to use for yourself.

I've said for years those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ filters aren't a one-size-fits-all solution and allowing the user to choose preferred colors for highlighting is the best way to go.
So sick of these games being immune to any criticism. The characters are as small as an ant and have no 'glow' or anything separating them and interactive things from the background.

Are you sure this is a colorblindness issue? I have the same problem, and am not color blind.

The best accessibility helps everyone.

There's a handful of topics asking for a colorblind mode. I would be really surprised if there isn't an accessibility option for colorblindness at least in the final version.

Maybe it's not something so easy to properly implement thus that will take sometime.

About character sizes... Well, that may sound stupid because I know it's not a proper solution, but can be a temporary workaround: have you tried playing the game on lower settings?
Especially if you are playing on a 4K monitor/TV playing on 720p will make things HUGE!
+1 and bumping this a little. Colorblind mode would really help out. All the red zone damage of brown and/or orange areas make it really hard to dodge. There are some late in the game bosses that are really really hard to fight with Red being the default color to communicate danger.
We really need a pinned post with a numerical counter saying: Days since last necro thread.

Friendly FYI under the suggestions and feedback forum there is a much more recent post requesting this feature as well that is only about 10 days old versus 7 months. There has been such an uptick in necro threads lately that it is practically become its own meme at this point.
