Character designs

I am really enjoying the game so far. I really like all of the character designs so far except for Hestia. just in general, Her character design seems out of place in contrast to the other gods. What do you think?

Needs to be completely redrawn ASAP. One look at any real statue of this virgin goddess immediately shows exactly how trashy her design is.

I think she's great! Her being visibly older than the other gods communicates nicely how she is from a previous iteration of the dodechatheon, and has now retired. And her being big is also really fun, given she's the patron of the hearth - and thus well-suited to sit around, enjoying retirement.

She reminds me of my nana!

I love her design. The way her features are both round and sharp perfectly communicates the idea of a hearth as a source of fire perfectly. And the mischief of her dialogue matches her face.

I do think her design stands out, but it sorta fits with her age & estrangement from the rest of the Olympians.

I'm not a huge fan of Artemin to be honest - her face looks too soft in my opinion and I prefer the Hades I version. But Hestia looks great

Don't mind the design but art in general feels like if it's a low res thing. Idk. Hades 1 had better, more detailed characters.

Personally I hate her design, Greek gods don't get fat, and they don't get old and shriveled.
There is a VERY good reason that the term "Greek God physique" exists. And it doesn't mean fat old and shriveled last time I checked.
This screams DEI infusion all the way.

I'm very upset with how the art looks, half the designs are a spit in the face of anyone who played the first game. main character looks like kourtney from that movie "your highness".
yes. kourtney is a dude.

hard disagree. her design is a combination of multiple elements she represents in her godlyhood while also making her look like a loving and caring grandmother which fits for her. the almost black skin from the coal she has in her hat is a good way of showing her humility and of course her hat being a literal warmth when she gets close to you.

for me it's aphrodite, major downgrade. also feels off seeing her don athena's arms and ares' warpaint given how achilles described her as needing no weapon besides "love"

Compare Hermes in Hades 1 and Hades 2 the Devs will never answer why they felt the need to race change a greek god to an asian god at least change him to wukong if your going to change his race.

I like her, & for other gods, if they would keep same graphic as hades 1, people would call them lazy.... devs cannot win anyway !

To me it's all good, keep the good work !

& 97% positive from players, i think some have a thin skin !

Current version are lacking details, shadows and such. Just look at Zeus from both games. Or Artemis. Artemis is the worst, her face is almost like a blob due to lack of shadows and such.

It's clearly and early Access problem, but I hope it will get fixed on release.
