Hey, I was trying to figure this out myself, and there didn't seem like it was brought up anywhere else. If you have G-Sync compatible monitors, I was able to fix this by turning that off in the Nvidia Control Panel, and turning on V-Sync in-game. Best of luck!

I’ll give it a shot tomorrow when I play again. But yeah it’s the ever so slight tearing horizontally in the middle of the screen

make it application controlled; in the nvcp

I have a pretty consistent tear at the bottom of my screen, usually in Erebus and the Fields

Literally fifty plus hours into the game, I had this happen. Might not have liked me alt-tabbing on a specific frame or something.
Turn on *or off* the V-sync in the game and it seems to fix it.
Very strange though.
