is this a complete game?
Haven't bought this yet, but thinking about it. What is the state of the game, is there an act missing, or some bosses to be added? I see that there will be a region added for example, is that a main story act?
And most importantly, will our saves be compatible with future versions??

It's not complete game. You won't be able to complete story, also not all weapons are available. I am sure that the new zone will be strictly connected to the main story because as mentioned earlier, story is not complete. After many updates since early access started all saves are compatible.

The missing region will defnitely play into the main story. Basically there's two possible runs, I suspect that finishing both consistently will be key to the true ending of the game.

i'd hold off for now. I completed all the content, and then they completely changed all the waepons and boons. So now I would need to relearn the game, only with the chance they redesign everything again.

It's fun but it's nowhere close to complete. Supergiant should have cooked for another year or two before pushing this out so quickly.

between stuff like this thread, or threads for other games about "WTF THIS GAME NEEDS AN XBOX LIVE/other ACCOUNT????????", I seriously doubt certain gamers can read

Game is REALLY good in it's current state there is an insane amount of content. However it is not finished. You will be wanting more and a little more polish. Getting it now though tbh in its current state is worth the money if you just want to play

I'm pretty sure they have committed to saves always being compatible moving forward but I can't find the exact statement just now.
