Man It is not about documentary. But it is about setting and canons. If you go and make a world based on ancient greek mythology or anything else that has established canon please don't bring your modern views with you. Make your own world and do whatever you want with it. I just wanted a pretty standard greek mythology canon because we didn't have any since old God of War. (new GOW is not good btw) and what I have ... well it's not what i was expecting.

God of War was not "pretty standard Greek mythology" what are you on about. Nothing that is based on Greek mythology, or any mythology, is actually all that accurate to their various mythologies unless it is focusing on a specific story and just doing an adaptation of said story, and even then it's a grab bag of accuracy or not.

God of War, Age of Mythology, Record of Ragnarok, Disney’s Hercules ( movie and show), Hercules The Legendary Journey, Xenia Warrior Princess, and many other forms of entertainment have taken liberties with Greek Mythology. Get over it. It’s a dead religion anyway.
