Giving multiple nectars to gods?
Is there any point? Or do I only get one keepsake out of it for the 1st nectar?

If it's like Hades 1, keepsake for the first one. But you can progress narrative stuff by filling out their heart gauge. So I'd prioritize the keepsake but continue offering nectar as you play. I always try to keep a couple on hand and you can buy 1 every time at the crossroads

There are clock type icons I have seen past the locked hearts in the char menu also as well which may be some sort of other item similar to companions in Hades one. Not sure if they are obtainable at this time in EA tho.

Currently you're better off just giving 1 to each character and leaving it at that, further nectar progresses story/relation with them and in Hades 1 eventually you'd give them ambrosia to unlock another item if I recall but that's not a thing yet in Hades 2 so unless you want to hear the story (I did with Nem and Hecate) then have it come to a halt you're better off saving/using it on something else

was wondering why my ambrosia isn't highlighted when i select hecate, even tho she's nearly maxed out. thought maybe i needed to talk to her a few more times before the option becomes available.

You need at least 2 nectars to unlock the prophecy for each god that grants boons. No reason not to max all of them eventually, if you are in it for the long haul, the only things you really needs bones for are the gifts really. The other stuff you get plenty of without having to buy them.

you can check your status once you upgrade your book. Some take hearts, others fishing, and even some will take a bath.
Progression in the story line most likely unlocks other NPC's or ya know.....wink wink
