Scylla pronunciation
Can google it if ya want, but it should sound like "sill-uh" If the mispronunciation was intentional, as I assume, why not name her Skylla so people knew you meant to do it that way? Minor thing to be sure, but the rest of the Greek mythology has been on point otherwise.

Question, cause I'm too lazy to check, is selene actually meant to be pronounced with three syllables the way they did here?

So, I did Google it and it says the pronunciation is SKEE-luh. You need to specify that you are looking for the Greek pronunciation. :)

Saw at least 4 different pronunciation videos that all said sill-uh, just like Sting sang it in message in a bottle.

Turns out we're both right though, In Greek they spell it with a K. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scylla

What you just said would make you wrong, but okay. They pronounced it right, and you decided you'd go on a teaching lecture about it, just to be proven wrong instantly.

Not sure about this particular case but they've shown in interviews and such that they are aware of how some names are traditionally pronounced and how they do it. Like "well in classical mythology they would this person X but we call it Y"

Lol you seem pretty dang confused here. They used the English/Latin spelling in a English language localization but not the English pronunciation. There's a pretty clear mismatch there. As I was saying, just add a K if it's intentional, but as it stands it's incorrect.

Like I said, google it...all of the pronunciation videos, Wikipedia, and the major dictionaries say it should be pronounced exactly like I said.

And in Greek it's pronounced Skee-lah, not skill-uh, so they literally didn't get anything right.
