Some tips for clearing Hades 2
I'm ~50 nights in, clearing Chronos/Eris on 0 fear is trivial, I've cleared Chronos on 20 fear so far. Here are some tips to make things a little easier:

1. I almost always take the silken armor keepsake to stack armor in the easy early regions, if it breaks, I switch to Echo's keepsake to grab an extra boon, if I'm struggling, I use the Tooth keepsake to give myself an extra DD.

2. Try to get a hex that gives you some impervious/ i frames. For example, the wolf leap or whatever it's called basically gives you a free dodge and it's always off cooldown if your build is decent. There is also a ridiculous synergy between the raised companion hex and return damage boons. I had the hera reflect damage ability and upgraded my hex to inherit my return damage effects. It was basically a free win, Chronos absolutely destroyed himself. Another time I was able to chain the impervious hex over and over again because my build used so much magick that it was always off cooldown (cleared 20 fear this way). If you build your hex right you can almost guarantee a free win.

3. Use long range builds until you know the attack patterns better. I think the witchs staff/skull are the most beginner friendly weapons. Take boons that replenish your magick and work on dodging while you hit with omega attacks from afar.

4. ALWAYS have your cast down. It snares enemies and slows projectiles and depending on your build does all sorts of other things.

5. Be careful not to brick your build. This usually happens if you take too many max magick reducing boons/attack upgrades that require more magick and suddenly you can't use any of your omega attacks.

6. Stack defensive boons/hearts etc until you have learned enemy attack patterns and can reliably dodge. Eventually doing more damage is more important but only if you can actually avoid damage, otherwise you will just get sent back to the xroads quickly.

7. Check Charon's Well before selecting your next keepsake, sometimes a DD is offered and you may need Charon's keepsake to afford it and extend your run. Also, ALWAYS try to extend your runs as far as possible, even if you feel like your run is doomed because:

a) you will learn how to improve b) Hades 2 has A LOT of comeback mechanics for example Echo can replenish your DD stacks similar to Patrocles in Hades 1.

8. As far as which resource to focus on first, I would focus on getting your grasp to ~30 ASAP, as the Arcana cards are super strong. Upgrading weapons is also good. I think the best arcana to upgrade first is the slow time on omega attacks. Really helpful effect that sometimes just gives you the time you need to figure out where you need to dodge.

9. Don't be afraid to abandon an attack and dodge instead. Not getting hit is WAY more important than doing damage. You can bail out from an Omega charge up and weapon attack sequences.

10. Daedalus>Boons>Hex (unless my hex has a broken synergy I want to get)>Heart>Gold>Pom is my priority for major rewards.

11. Effects that increase armor damage are SUPER valuable. Almost every annoying enemy has armor. Once they're out of armor they're basically helpless and you can just keep attacking them and disrupting their attacks. While they have armor they cannot be disrupted. But you don't really need more than 1 of these effects IMO, one is usually enough to melt through armor.

12. Dodge chance is SUPER valuable! Especially when you're a beginner getting hit a lot. The dodge chance/projectile speed hermes boons are really good for this reason.

13. I always choose a boon reward from Echo if possible, the temporary bonuses will expire before Chronos, so not worth it in most cases unless your run is going poorly and maybe you need the 50% dodge just to have a chance against third boss. In general I try to avoid temporary bonus items/boons/rewards. (Be careful when selecting "boon from previous night" reward though, I've gotten REALLY unlucky before and bricked my build.)

14. Plan out your purchases. If you're a few rooms from Charon, you may want to save enough gold to be able to buy a boon. Don't take the 10 gold movespeed item if it'll make you 10 gold short of buying a boon etc.

15. Hephaestus boons are good for beginners IMO, trigger the damage effect, focus on not getting hit until they're off cooldown and then dish out more damage. He also has a lot of defensive boons that compliment the silken sash. Really good for a hit and run build which is what you need when you're learning the attacks.

16. Don't just dash, SPRINT. A lot of enemy attacks require you to dodge and then keep running. Get away from danger and then reset. Be patient! Hit and run!

17. Your animal companions can block attacks. This is especially useful during the first boss. Your animal friend can tank the hex, stand behind them!

Can't think of anything else (feel free to add more below), hopefully these tips will help someone out there. I feel like the gameplay is so fun and rewarding once you can reliably clear the game and I hope you all get there soon!
